Arnold Pander, is known as one half of the creative media team , The Pander Brothers. In collaboration with his brother, Arnold is illustrator of the Eisner-nominated Grendel: Devil’s Legacy, Batman: City of Light,  Accelerate, Triple-X International, Secret Broadcast, and the outrageous Exquisite Corpse, for such publishers as Marvel, DC Comics, Dark Horse, and Image Comics. Arnold’s illustrations have appeared in Details, Paper, and Wired magazines. He has art directed music videos for Jon Mayer Howie B. and Jamal-Ski to name a few.  The Pander Bros. Jonathan Vankin is a writer whose work has appeared in such allegedly reputable publications as The New York Times Magazine, Wired, Salon, and the L.A. Weekly. He is best known for the cult classic books Conspiracies, Cover-Ups and Crimes, The 80 Greatest Conspiracies of All Time and Based on a True Story (But With More Car Crashes).

Not incidentally, Vankin is also a writer and editor of comic books for DC/Vertigo Comics. He penned the critically lauded and just generally wonderful DC/Vertigo Comics series Vertigo Pop! Tokyo, Vertigo Pop! Bangkok and The Witching — as well as The Big Book of the ’70s and The Big Book of Scandal from DC Comics.
